Service and Repairs 

We understand that even the best products can need service or repairs from time to time. That’s why we offer a comprehensive service and repair program for all of our products. Our team of experienced technicians is here to help you keep your products in top condition and running smoothly. To request a service or repair, simply fill out the form below. For an existing RMA please fill out the second form.

One of our team members will contact you to schedule a time for your product to be serviced or repaired. We offer a variety of service and repair options, including:

    • Warranty repairs– These must be determined by a member of our staff, that it is covered. Once approved we will create a RMA once approved. 

    • Non-warranty repairs-  You are  responsible for Labor ($475/hr) , Parts, and Shipping costs.  

    • Preventative maintenance

    • Tune-ups

    • Cleaning and calibration

We also offer a variety of shipping options, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. We will ship your repaired product back to you as soon as possible.
